Life cycle related data and LCA methodology is an ever changing topic for our partners. In this group the focus has been to discuss and handle more hands on issues addressed by the working group members.

Background

Since 1996 life cycle data and data handling have been topics within the center. This group was formalized when new partners started to join the center and issues related to databases were raised. Today, this group arrange also meetings regarding new methodology development, e.g. water footprint and modeling of recycling.

Aim

Act as a forum for discussions and development of data of interest to LCA practitioners. Hands on discussions related to methodology issues in LCA, such as allocation. Be the common voice of Swedish Life Cycle Center in connection to providers of LCA data and software.

Outcomes

Each meeting handle a separate issue.
